12 Month / 12,000 Miles Warranty

At Seattle Mobile Auto Pro, we stand behind every repair with confidence.

Our warranty ensures you receive not just great service today, but long-term reliability for the road ahead. If an issue arises within the warranty period, simply bring your vehicle back — we’ll inspect it and make it right. We offer warranty coverage on both parts and labor, giving you complete peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

Seattle Mobile Auto Pros stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Eligible repairs performed by our mobile technicians are covered against defects in parts and workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless a different warranty is specifically stated on your estimate or invoice.

The warranty period begins from the date the original repair was completed or the odometer reading indicated on the original repair invoice.

This warranty excludes repairs necessitated by:

Failures caused by or related to pre-existing conditions, unrelated component failures, or other system failures that were not repaired by Seattle Mobile Auto Pro (e.g., a belt replacement is no longer warrantied if its failure was due to an oil seal leak, a head gasket replacement is no longer warrantied if its failure was due to overheating as a result of a broken radiator, etc.).

Accidents, natural disasters, or external causes beyond Seattle Mobile Auto Pros control.
Customer negligence, misuse, or improper maintenance.
Work performed by any facility other than Seattle Mobile Auto Pro.
Damage caused by overheating, lack of fluids, contaminated fluids, or failure to maintain the vehicle.
Wear items such as brake pads/shoes, rotors/drums, bulbs, and batteries.
Repairs or services that were specifically noted on the estimate or invoice as not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by continued driving after a known problem or warning sign.
Parts supplied by the customer unless specifically approved and covered in writing.

Warranty claims cannot exceed the original cost of repair. If the repair or parts are covered by an unexpired manufacturer’s warranty or recall policy, Seattle Mobile Auto Pro reserves the right to seek coverage under that policy at no cost to the owner. By accepting service, the owner agrees to allow Seattle Mobile Auto Pro to file such claims.

Covered Repairs:

The following repair categories are covered under this limited warranty unless otherwise specified:

Parts installed by Seattle Mobile Auto Pros that fail due to a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period.
Electrical system, Exhaust system, Fuel system, Engine cooling system
Air conditioning, heating, and climate control system
Steering and suspension systems, including CV joints, wheel bearings, half shafts, and driveshafts
Engine performance and drivability repairs
On-board computer system and electronic engine management system
Starting and charging systems (excluding batteries)
Other minor repairs (excluding bulbs)
